We’d booked two 2BHK apartments and one 1BHK. Before we arrived, the manager asked everyone to fit into the two 2BHK units, promising extra beds, and we agreed to make it work. But the Google Maps location was wrong and sent us somewhere else. The apartments weren’t hygienic, with cockroaches, a broken AC, and a gas stove with no cylinder. The extra beds had no blankets. Late at night we couldn’t open the door, and when we called, the manager used abusive language. At checkout, some pairs of shoes we’d left downstairs had been damaged by dogs, and the manager was rude again. This was unacceptable treatment, especially when travelling with family and kids. Below average, and I can’t recommend the property.

For the price, I expected a cleaner room. The balcony, washroom, and sofa were all dirty, and the kitchen area wasn’t clean either. Service was slow, too. I was disappointed with my recent stay.

The name on the booking didn’t match, and the photos showed one room while they gave me another. The rates were too high for the service. Worst experience, not recommended.

Really bad experience. It was very dirty and poorly maintained. Please don’t book, they’ll make a fool of you.

Goa’s a happening place, and this is a great spot to stay with a swimming pool.
