2/10
The lift wasn't working, there was no Wi-Fi or TV, and the room door kept getting stuck. We had booked a room with breakfast online, only to be told on arrival that the restaurant was under maintenance. The towel wasn't clean, room essentials were missing, and there was no room service. Worst hotel I've ever seen. Please don't book a room here.

4/10
The bed's spring had popped out, the flush didn't work, and the pool wasn't cleaned when it needed to be. Drinking water arrived late for guests, and the place seemed poorly organized.

The staff were rude and behaved badly. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd ask everyone not to book here.

2/10
There were no extra beds, even though they had been promised, and the power cuts took at least half an hour to resolve. The water supply also stopped and took far too long to come back. The floors were sticky and the rooms weren't clean. The bathroom was yellow all over, as if it hadn't been cleaned regularly. It was a bad experience.

We stayed in a 1 BHK and really liked it. The rooms were superb, and the service was great.
