The doors were cracked and wouldn’t shut properly, and under the cot was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we asked to move to another room, they refused.
The AC remote wasn’t provided, so we had to put up with the temperature set by the hotel staff. The place is over 30 years old, and there wasn’t even a regular fan. A temple dharamshala these days is more comfortable than this very poor hotel. I can’t really call it a hotel.
Don’t stay here. The room smelled like the bed, and insects, including what looked like termites, were all over the place. There was no plastic bath stool, towel, or soap, and water leaked from the AC. There wasn’t even a lock. One word: DON’T STAY HERE.
The location by the pond could be good, but the management doesn’t look after it. There’s lots of garbage in the area, and the pond water is very dirty. The washroom and food preparation area are near the pond. The room was unhygienic, smelled bad, and had lots of insects. There was no toilet stool, towel, or soap, and the chair was broken. Service was okay otherwise, but they didn’t address the insects or broken items. To make a complaint, I had to go to the reception counter.
I was here for a tournament with my coach and team. The outside and the photos looked good, but the reality was disappointing. Service wasn’t proper, the bedsheets were bad, and one teammate’s AC stopped working in the middle of summer, right after we needed it most following our match. A disgusting place to stay. I won’t choose it again.
