Resort Mello Rosa

I stayed here with my wife on our Goa trip in Dec 2025, after booking through airbnb. The rooms are clean and steady, though you can tell the buildings are old if you look closely. The stay was still good, and the pool is open 7-7 pm. I guess Airbnb and other sites offer bookings too. It seemed like there were lots of tourists around and only a few local residents. A good option for 2-2.5 k.

For eight days, we dealt with construction noise all day, including drilling as they removed the balcony and turned it into a window. It was hard to rest or relax. The ongoing renovation also affected how safe and comfortable the place felt: workers were constantly around, the backyard was dark at night, and we didn't feel comfortable leaving the curtains open with workers and housekeeping moving about. Once, while we were seated outside, workers sang vulgar songs, which made us very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was another serious problem. Housekeeping came daily, but our sheets weren't changed for the first three days despite repeated requests. After that, they just flipped the blanket instead of replacing it, which felt unhygienic. There was also a bad smell in the washroom throughout our stay. The cost and situation were known to the owner and property management. We contacted them several times, but they took no effective action, and eventually we gave up expecting a resolution. The stay at Mella Rosa was very inconvenient and disappointing for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for at least the next year, until the renovation is finished and cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort are properly addressed.

The place is calm and serene, and I loved every bit of our stay. The rooms, service, and location were all so good. They also have the cutest, friendliest fur babies 😘😍🥰. One of the best places to stay in North Goa.

There’s a swimming pool and garden, and the place is clean, beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by greenery. The locality is good and the location is prime, near many well-known beaches, including baga, anjuna, and vagator, as well as punji and parra road.
