Seis Villas

We were staying in villas 1, 2, and 4, and in one of them the false ceiling fell while we were about two feet away. We narrowly escaped getting hurt. The managers and other staff wouldn’t respond and kept sending us to contact someone else. We got back from Goa last night, and it was a horrible experience. Please avoid this place if you can. The managers barely respond at all.

The pool didn’t seem properly clean or hygienic, and the bed linen and towels were old. During our stay, part of the roof in one room fell in from the side. Nobody was in there at the time, so we were safe, but it was still really disappointing. For a reputed hospitality company, the property felt poorly maintained. We were uncomfortable throughout and regret choosing this place.

The service was even better than the photos, and the place itself looked better in person too. Had a really lovely stay at Seis Villa with friends.

We were a group of 20 in villas 1, 2, and 4, and every one had stained sheets, dirty towels, and AC units leaking water. The staff were awful, just blaming one another and saying they weren’t responsible. Then a ceiling in one of our rooms fell down. We called the managers and staff, who were nearby, but nobody answered for half an hour. Thankfully no one was injured. The villas looked very dirty and as if they hadn’t been maintained for over five years. This is a Rainforest property, which makes the state of it a real shame. Don’t stay here if you want a safe, decent experience.
