TreeHouse Neptune Inn

The rooms are small and very dirty, with a completely negative vibe. The staff are really bad, and the place looks nothing like the photos on Google. It’s an old hotel and was a terrible experience. Guys, never go to this hotel. It’s one of the worst in panjim.

Treehouse Neptune and Treehouse Neptune Inn are separate properties in different parts of Panjim. Most of the reviews here are for Treehouse Neptune, not Treehouse Neptune Inn. I booked the Inn from 3rd Oct 25 to 4th Oct 25. The room and location are its only assets, though the rooms feel cramped for the hotel charge. It has no service to speak of, no kitchen or restaurant, and only one or two boys to handle room service in a seven-storey building. I heard it may be refabricated. Apart from the location, there’s really nothing here, and I don’t recommend it.

I personally didn’t like it. The photos are very different from the reality, and the rooms are old. It felt like a waste of money, and the price doesn’t suit the hotel’s condition.

The whole place smelled bad, with a strong cigarette odor everywhere, even in non-smoking areas. It wasn’t clean or comfortable, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I booked Treehouse Neptune Inn based on the photos, but the reality was very different. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
