The room service was awful, and the rooms were unhygienic, with a noisy AC, cockroaches, a smelly bathroom, and no basic amenities. I’d booked the MAP plan, but on the second night there was no non-veg option because their supplier hadn’t brought chicken that day. The rooms weren’t worth the amount charged. I’d avoid this hotel.

Don’t book here. The place has been closed for a month, and I’m having trouble getting my refund.

We booked through goibibo, but this place has been closed for a month. They should have at least told us it was closed. Don’t go there. I need my refund now 😭

The staff were courteous at check-in, which was a nice surprise. They said free breakfast was included for only one room, then kindly offered it for our other room too. But the stay was nowhere near worth the amount we paid. The rooms were dirty, and one curtain was hanging off because the bar seemed broken. A room boy tied it up with a rope so it wouldn’t fall. Water leaked from the A/C all over the bedroom until another room boy tinkered with it. Every bath towel had mud spots, which was disgusting to use. There was also an open hole in the bathroom wall, apparently where an exhaust fan had been. We asked them to install a fan or close the hole, and they said they would, but nothing had been done by the time we left. In the evenings, a strong cigarette smell kept coming into the room. We thought it might be coming through that bathroom hole, since the bathroom exhausts faced the same area and someone in the building might have been smoking there. We complained, but nothing changed. The internet was shaky on the first day, and none of our devices, including the TVs, could connect. We had to complain repeatedly and eventually raise our voices a bit before it was fixed. The TVs had set-top boxes, but the subscriptions had expired. When we asked about it, we were told that people don’t use set-top boxes these days. The property itself had big rooms and a good entertainment area, but it was horribly managed. It didn’t come close to what we expected for the price, and there’s no way I’d rate it as a four-star stay.
