The rooms were good, but the service was poor during my two-night stay. The front desk lady wasn't helpful, and there were never enough tea bags or water in the room. The restaurant food wasn't cheap, and the quality was poor enough that we wasted food, which I normally never do. I won't stay there again.

It's easy to find the property, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very basic and tasteless, though. The washroom was so dimly lit that I couldn't judge its cleanliness. The reception staff were arrogant and unprofessional. They also have this odd practice of photographing guests on arrival. The receptionist said hotel administration ordered it. I've never seen that elsewhere. I'd avoid this hotel.

The decor looks nice, but it seems to be the only thing they put effort into. Service was painfully slow and unprofessional, and the food was among the worst I’ve had. The portions are tiny for such ridiculous prices, nowhere near worth the cost. A complete waste of money.

The staff were pleasant, but service took a long time. Our starters were good; the main course arrived cold and didn’t seem freshly cooked, almost as if it had been refrigerated. The mutton portion was disappointing, and it felt rubbery to chew.

I had to leave early for personal reasons after booking a seven-day stay. Even so, the staff refused to give me a bill, saying I could only get one once all the booked days were over. They accepted payment but gave me no bill or receipt, and the food service was extremely slow too. A very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
