Hotel Jannat Palace By OYO Rooms

For an affordable stay in bbsr, this was the best. The staff were friendly too.

The room and bathroom were dirty, and the whole place felt poorly kept and mediocre. They didn't bring an extra towel or pillow when we asked, and the staff came across as unhelpful and unfriendly. The ground floor eatery was closed for most of our visit. They do have AC rooms, but what they charge for them makes them poor value. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

We booked one night through the OYO app based on its reviews and photos, but the stay was scary and horrible. When we arrived, they asked us to cancel the OYO booking and behaved badly. There was no one to help with our needs anywhere in the hotel, and the washroom lock was broken. The AC in our room also had an electrical fault. The rooms were dirty and cramped, and there was no staff service. Breakfast, which was supposed to be complimentary, was the worst. I wouldn't choose this place for family or work. It seems they rent rooms by the hour to couples. The rooms looked empty in the morning and full at night, and the sheets weren't changed regularly. The experience was frightening, the worst I've had.

The only thing going for this hotel is its location. The ambience wasn't appealing, the rooms were mouldy and untidy, and mine was full of mosquitoes. Room service was slow, and the AC and exhaust fan didn't work. There's no geyser, and breakfast had only two dishes. This was my second stay, and I was disappointed again. It wasn't worth the price.
