OYO 29261 Orchid Villa

My mother and sister booked through OYO, but when they arrived at Orchid Villa Hotel, staff demanded extra money before letting them check in, despite the confirmed booking. They were rude and unprofessional and refused entry until it was paid. It seemed they were doing this to every guest to unfairly get more money. This is nothing but a scam, and I would never recommend the hotel. Stay away unless you want to be harassed and overcharged. I'm extremely disappointed with OYO. We trusted it for a smooth booking, but the hotel still refused check-in and demanded extra money despite the confirmed booking. That's unacceptable. OYO should blacklist hotels like this instead of letting them cheat customers. Think twice before booking through OYO, since you may not get what you paid for.

The room condition was the worst. There was dirt spread around the room and on the walls.

We were refused check-in until we paid extra money, with the hotel demanding more from guests. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the whole thing felt like a scam. These unethical practices make the hotel untrustworthy. Avoid this place at all costs! OYO failed to make the booking smooth. We booked through the platform but couldn't check in without paying extra, and OYO did nothing to help. The hotel was openly scamming guests, and OYO lets places like this keep operating on its platform. That's misleading and unacceptable. Don't trust OYO, or you may end up paying more than agreed.

The room service was very cheap, and neither the room nor villa was clean. There were water bottles and 🍾 everywhere. Best for students who are struggling.
