The highway location makes Pal Heights Mantra convenient for travelers and event functions. It's a good option for a stay, events, or dining in Bhubaneswar, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a pleasant ambience. The staff are courteous, and service is generally prompt, making the experience welcoming and smooth. The food and breakfast spread are also well appreciated by many guests. A few people feel that the room infrastructure and pricing could be better for the luxury standards.

We waited around 20 minutes for our room at check-in, even though the booking was confirmed, and got no proper explanation or apology. The TV wasn't working when we arrived, so we had to call a technician. Cleanliness was shockingly poor for a place claiming to be premium. The room wasn't clean, the sheets were old, worn, and unhygienic, and the yellow toilet seat was clearly not cleaned properly. It was a frustrating stay, far below expectations. Poor hygiene, maintenance problems, and slow service ruined it. Definitely not recommended, and I'd think twice before booking again.

I came to hotel pal heights mantra near my house for my birthday, and the staff were polite, attentive, and helpful, with quick service throughout. I was especially impressed with Mr.Dipak Behera's services. His heartfelt service is why I'll keep visiting. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, with a good range of well-balanced dishes. The warm, calm atmosphere made it comfortable to relax and eat, and the simple décor felt elegant. A great place for good food, a peaceful setting, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The service was prompt and well coordinated, and the staff stayed professional, polite, and supportive throughout the event. The banquet hall was spacious, elegant, and beautifully set up. Food quality and presentation were excellent, and everything was delicious. One of the city's best banquet halls and hotels. Thank you, and keep it up.

The staff were attentive and kept guests comfortable throughout. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, while the hall décor and cleanliness created a pleasant, classy ambience. Highly recommended for weddings and special occasions.
