Hotel O SILVER NEST GUEST HOUSE

I booked a room and found cigarettes, alcohol, and dirty sheets inside. The place was filthy, and the room hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was dirty, the AC wasn’t working, and there was way too much misquoting. The staff member was rude, wouldn’t listen when I complained, and never picked up whenever I called. He just said, “That’s how it is.” I’d ask everyone to stay away from a place like this. Owner, please pay attention.
