The manager was very rude. We booked through mmt for a standard ac room, but at first he said there was no such thing as a standard ac room, only ac or non ac. After we spoke to customer support, he gave us an ac room, but its charging points and geyser didn’t work. There was a bird nest in the bathroom, and he said they wouldn’t clean it. No water came from the taps. When we complained, he said, “For this much money, this is what you get.” We had paid in full, yet there were no basic facilities, and neither the staff nor the owner offered support. The TV was broken and the wires were loose. Worst stay ever.

The rooms were in very poor condition, and hygiene was awful. There was no water bottle, the lift wasn’t working, and the Non-AC rooms had no geyser. They wanted another ₹1500 to move us to a room with one. The staff and owner seemed completely uninterested in helping guests, and their conduct was very unprofessional. Don’t be tempted by the low price at Park Resort Hotel. It felt more like a dharamshala than a hotel. I’d urge Goibibo to take this property off its SRP page so other customers don’t run into the same problems.

We booked an A.C room through make my trip, but the manager insisted we had paid for a non-AC one. We were kept waiting at reception for over an hour, then shown a dirty, uncleaned room with the explanation, “You only get this for that price.” The geyser didn’t work, and neither did the charging ports.

The staff were so indifferent that they didn’t even see a problem with the state of the place. The rooms were extremely unhygienic, and the hospitality and room condition were worse than a public toilet. The worst place to stay in bhubaneswar.

I got a night full of mosquitoes on the 4th floor, with no working lift. The rooms were badly maintained, and management behaved pathetically. It wasn’t user friendly at all. There’s no zero-star option, so I’m giving it one.
