This was a horrible experience. I booked a room for my guest on 11th april 2025 after looking at the website pictures, but the room bore no resemblance to them. The curtains were worn out and looked as if they hadn’t been washed in ages. The people were uncooperative, and the person at reception said that online bookings mean they have to pay commission, so this is what they give. I called IBIBO customer care and was told the room would be changed, but that never happened. I ended up booking another room at a different hotel. I’ve shared actual photos. Please think twice before booking if you don’t want a shock, and don’t rely on the website pictures because they don’t match the place at all.

The food, both veg and N veg, was tasty and portions were good. Staff were very polite, and the location is right on GT Road. It’s a good place, though the rooms are small and housekeeping could be better.

I stayed here from 19 to 21 Nov 2018, and it was disappointing for the money. The hotel manager had an utterly casual attitude. The rooms and corridors smelled bad, the electrical fittings were improper, toilet floors weren’t cleaned properly, and the linens and blankets were dirty. There was complimentary breakfast, but no complimentary water. I stayed at Excellency, just opposite, on 18 November 2018, and it felt much better and had good hospitality. I’d recommend experiencing Excellency instead.

Apart from the arrival, it was a nice stay. The rooms were quite good, with adequate facilities, and the linen was properly clean. But the welcome wasn’t good: when I arrived, hotel boys were still in my booked room having a meeting, and I waited 10 minutes before they cleared it. They also didn’t serve any Tandoori items despite listing them on the menu. At complimentary breakfast, there was nobody around to attend to guests.
