The beds and pillows were far too soft, and I woke up with body aches. They eventually gave me a firmer pillow, but I still had to sleep on the floor. The chairs in the room and veranda look stylish, but they're square and really uncomfortable. Since I was paying at least 10,000 per day, I had to ask the beachside restaurant for a different chair. Even that smaller one was better than the boxy room chair. There were no toiletries. I'd forgotten toothpaste and asked if there was a welcome kit or any complimentary toothpaste, but there wasn't. Room service was very slow too. The cottages are clean and well kept, and I was lucky to get an online discount on one of the five. The place seems quite new, clean, and very photogenic. It's peaceful, right by the beach, and easy to reach from the road. Still, for such a well located beachfront property, the stay felt pricey and uncomfortable. Hope they make some improvements. God Bless.

Babu Resort is right in front of Ashvem Beach, and it was an awesome stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the whole time. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the food was delicious. Everything was excellent. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

I've been back to this property four times. The beach stretch is clean and peaceful, the location is excellent, and the place is well maintained. They've added some rooms since my last visit. The only letdown was the restaurant service, where staff are often inattentive. Still, it's a pleasant hotel for a short getaway.

The rooms are beautifully done, and the beach is right in front of you. Pagan cafe has amazing food, and breakfast is just perfect. I love that there isn't a TV or phone in the rooms, so you don't waste time indoors and can sit outside enjoying nature instead. This place feels like a dream. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to relax and chill.

The location is beautiful and the food was decent, but the service at The Pagan Cafe was poor. I would have given five stars if the service had been good. When we wanted to use their sun bed, they asked us for a minimum bill of ₹3000 and charged separately for the beds too. Otherwise, they told us to leave. I've never had that experience at other shacks in goa.
