Clean, friendly, and a lovely, quiet spot, with shops, parks, and other amenities nearby. Breakfast is included and served each morning. It’s one of the best guest houses in Delhi, if not the best. I’d strongly recommend it as my go-to place when I visit New Delhi. Dr. Lai. San Francisco, USA.

Eleven is in a quiet area, but some highlights are still close enough to reach on foot. The owner was so accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. He gave us good ideas for the day, booked a driver for destinations farther away, and took great care of us. Our room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a modern, well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely recommend Eleven Bed & Breakfast to anyone after a relaxing, enjoyable visit to Delhi.

Ajay was so helpful, answering our questions and sharing tips and recommendations. The B&B has a family-run feel, and when I return to Delhi, I’ll stay here again. My partner and I came from Australia for three nights and couldn’t have been happier. The clean, functional room, excellent bathroom, and exceptional service all made it a great choice. There were breakfast options, including a thoughtfully prepared packed breakfast for our early train to Agra. Several great sights and markets are a short tuk-tuk ride away, and the train station for the Taj Mahal is also close. Highly recommended.

Ajay, the owner, was incredibly helpful and shared some great tips with us. The location was excellent, with major attractions no more than a 30-minute Uber ride away. Our family of four added an extra bed, and there was still plenty of room. The rooms were clean and spacious.
