There’s plenty of parking, and the rooms, amenities, and cleanliness were all very good. The food was tasty, service good, and staff polite. The owner was very down to earth. It’s a good place to stay if you want the location and easy connection to Dwarka metro.
The location is easy to reach, and the rooms are just okay, but there’s no room service or tea and coffee. The staff behaved badly, the linen and bathroom were dirty, and there were loads of mosquitoes. This felt suited only to couples booking by the hour, not singles or anyone staying overnight. You can’t expect more from an OyoRoom.
We got there at 12 and waited 20 minutes to check in because a huge crowd had arrived. After that, the room was neat, the mattress was amazing, and the washroom was clean. Couples are welcome, so if you want some quality time together, check it out.
The service was awful. There was no lift, bucket, bathroom latch, table, drinking water, bathroom water, or floor mat to dry wet feet. The AC remote didn’t work, and the staff ignored complaints. They put us on the 4th Floor, then kept regretting that we’d chosen the place. The 100 meter stretch of road in front of the hotel was badly damaged, no vehicle could come in, and we had to carry all our luggage ourselves. Staff were very poor at welcoming guests and didn’t check the rooms before handing them over.
The room was small but nice, and the staff were decent. They don’t have their own kitchen, so you’ll need to order food from elsewhere.
