I left feeling very frustrated and uncomfortable. The hotel wouldn't even give me a room key. When I asked, they said to leave the door unlocked and claimed their cameras meant nothing would be stolen. The sheets were filthy, the room phone didn't work, and the room and bathroom felt completely neglected. The bathroom was in awful shape, with no light and no tap, and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The room itself was shockingly bad. Staff showed little concern for guests and acted unprofessionally. After I had booked, they demanded extra money, which was unfair. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Please don't stay in this room, it's really bad. I've never seen a worse hotel, and that's what I'd tell others too.

They charged me another 250 rupees on top of the OYO booking total. The receptionist had a ready-made explanation that the OYO amount was only partial and the extra 250 made up the total. They don't care about your booking. If you argue, they tell you to stay somewhere else. They also take direct bookings and set check-in prices as they please, so they don't care about a logical argument.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The room was dirty, there was no water in the bathroom, and the TV didn't work. The staff were rude too.

Watch out for this OYO fraud team. I had already paid 1156.50 through Agoda for OYO, but hotel staff still charged me 700 extra. The rooms were awful, with no AC or water, a bad smell, and untidy rooms and sheets.

This hotel is useless. They provide no facilities, and the staff are useless too. I went there and asked for water, otherwise it would have been nothing.
