Hotel Yes Please

The staff wouldn’t give me a room when I arrived with my booking, saying it wasn’t available. I’d booked online at a confirmed price of ₹212 after applying an offer. When customer care contacted the hotel at my request, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful on the call. His attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. There was no proper support or resolution, and this kind of treatment is very disappointing. Not recommended at all. A total waste of time and money.

There were bugs on the floor and bed, and the owner hasn’t returned the deposit. Please don’t give them any cash or deposit.

Nothing here feels worth the money. The rooms are old and dirty, there’s no hot water or cleaning, and some lights don’t work. They also have no room service. The photos of the rooms in the listings are fake, so be careful. Zero stars.

The reception staff member was vulgar, arguing with customers and using abusive language. Cockroaches were everywhere, even on the bed and in the bathroom, and the room and bedsheet were dirty. I complained about them five times, but the room service guy ignored me each time. This is the worst hotel in the entire Paharganj area. I’d rather sleep on the street. Avoid it even if it’s free.
