The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, and the amenities were satisfactory. I found the room clean and comfortable, with a convenient spot for getting around Delhi. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay at [Hotel pearl residency] and would recommend it for the service and value.

The owner was really helpful, and the food was delicious. Rooms were clean and lavish, with a nice ambiance, so I'd recommend the place for couples as well as solo travelers. Service was quick and right on time, and the location was good. We had a happy, enjoyable stay.

We called ahead and double-checked the check-in time, and the hotel confirmed it. Even so, they denied us check-in when we arrived, and the front desk executive was rude. The receptionist was arrogant too. It felt like they accept a booking, then won't honor it if someone else offers to pay more. Worst experience ever. Stay away.

There are lots of shops nearby, and plenty of food options both at the hotel and around it. The room service was quick, the rooms were good, and the AC worked properly. The water heater did a great job too. It's in a prime location.

Red ants were on the bed and in the bathroom, and the rooms were unhygienic. They wouldn't give us the room keys, or remotes for the AC and TV, saying they'd control everything themselves. The AC made so much noise it felt horrible. Extremely poor service. I'd give it less than one star if I could. Don't book here, look for a better place nearby.
