The photos on MakeMyTrip made the property look new, though it's actually older and needs some maintenance. Our stay was pleasant and the staff helpful. The AC wasn't working at first, but they resolved it by moving us to another room. Overall, it was a good experience.

I stayed at this Presidency for three days this month, Dec, and honestly had a very bad experience. The room wasn't hygienic, the bed quality was poor, and sometimes there was a really bad smell. Hot water wasn't available after one bucket. The reception staff behaved very badly and didn't have basic manners for dealing with customers. I strongly oppose this residency and say don't go. The price is high too, and you can get a better room for the same amount.
