Flagship 75893 Hotel Maharaja Gold

The rooms and toilet were dirty, and the welcome staff treated us badly. I was staying with my 3-year-old, and the setup seemed aimed at people coming by the hour to have fun. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place for families or couples looking for a proper stay.

The location pin sent me to another block, and the room itself had a long list of problems. There was water leaking from the washroom, no light backup, no doormats, and no towels or soap. With the lights out, the room phone didn't work either. There was no room service. A really poor experience.

In Room no. 403 on the fourth floor, during my stay from 14.2.2023 to 16.2.23 at 10 AM, even the geyser and other everyday items weren't working properly. The bath tap was broken and had been patched with cello tape, and no towels or soap were provided. Service was very poor. When I complained, the person who said he was the manager behaved badly and told me, “Do what can you do.”

The view in the evening was so romantic, and the welcome at Hotel Maharaja Gold was really warm. The staff were great with kids too. Such a high standard, truly amazing 😍😍.
