They charge far above the MRP for water and cold drinks, and when you point out their mistakes, the staff answer rudely, like they're doing you a favor by letting you stay. The rooms are overpriced and dirty, the hygiene is a disaster, and the AC doesn't work at all, it's just decoration on the wall. Disgusting rooms and even worse service. Avoid this trap!

Gautam ji treated us with outstanding hospitality. I can't thank him enough. This is the best place in Karol Bagh, a must-stay.

The room was tiny, barely big enough for the bed, and the bathroom was oddly just as large as the room. It was unhygienic, the service phone didn't work, and the AC took two full hours to cool a room that was probably 8x6 FT. I was there for a team meet-up, not posting a BOT review, and the hotel alone made the experience really bad. A colleague who came to my room had very negative things to say too.

The room wasn't clean and smelled very bad, and the staff behaved badly. I checked in, but decided not to stay and immediately booked another hotel, where I stayed for two nights. The OYO LAND MARK property owner wouldn't refund any money and told me to complain to OYO and request a refund.

It was noisy, with very dirty rooms, dusty sheets and rats. There was no hot water, some amenities were broken, and the bedsheets were dirty. Please don't waste your money.
