The staff were nice and the service was good, but the room was small and dusty, and the bathroom was dirty. The switches were in odd places, there was no TV or AC remote, and beer bottles had been left on the stairs.
The staff are nice, but people smoke on the stairs. There are cameras, yet nothing is done about it. They should ban smoking there and put up a no smoking sticker on the wall.
I never even arrived at the hotel, but the system showed me as checked in and checked out. I called the helpline many times, and after a while they would deliberately disconnect the call. The worst experience ever.
There’s no lift, and you can’t park a car here. The room is small, but okay for one night. The bed was a little dirty.
Their ignorance made me book another hotel. The worst OYO experience.
