DO NOT TAKE THEIR AGRA TRIP. The whole experience was horrible, and this driver, whose car plate ends in 7428 and phone number ends in 1879, made it a nightmare. He doesn't have WhatsApp. Avoid going with him if you can. We had agreed on a plan with the boss, but the driver was 40 minutes late and then told us we'd started too late. He argued about every detail, refused the express route, and made up reasons about safety, fuel availability and the car not having enough fuel for the shorter route. He also said there was no tea or coffee. He wouldn't take us to Agra Fort before the Taj Mahal, even though we'd agreed to that order the day before and Google Maps apparently showed it as the fastest route. He was rude, shouted at us and kept saying things couldn't be done, so we had to call his boss repeatedly to get them sorted. It was exhausting. There were no seatbelts for us in the car. He deliberately slowed us down because he didn't like the faster road we'd asked to take, even though his boss eventually made him use it. We then waited half an hour while he took a washroom break and ate breakfast. At the end, he said we couldn't go to Mathura because it was too late and the site closes at 8pm. We'd specifically asked the night before whether we'd make it if we left Agra at sunset, and they'd confirmed we would. He offered a mini Taj Mahal monument instead, so we agreed, but he lied about it. It turned out to be his friend's store, not the actual monument, with only Taj Mahal figurines. We could've left for Delhi at 6pm, but lost an hour at the store. The return took 5.5hours because he took the longer route and insisted on a restaurant stop for dinner even after we said no. He said we could wait 30min in the car, so that's what we had to do. We spent 9.5hours in the car that day.

It's close to New Delhi station, but the cleanliness isn't good.

The rooms are filthy and don't match the pictures. There are no towels or hot water, and the whole place smells of smoke. Terrible service, just an overall scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

There are lots of cockroaches, and they don't give you the AC remote. They switch the AC off from the counter while you're asleep, and there isn't an AC switch in the room. No hot water is provided, though hot water does come out of the hand shower used to clean yourself after using the toilet.
