The staff were asleep when I arrived, then told me I couldn't check in until noon. I'd checked twice with customer care before booking to ask if a 10 a.m. check-in was possible, and they clearly said yes. It was the worst experience, and I wouldn't come back to such an awful place.

The staff were disrespectful, and we ended up booking a different hotel. I booked this one through Oyo today at a lower online price, but once I arrived they argued that I had to pay extra.

The room was disgusting, and the staff treated me badly. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

This place is a fraud, don't go. I'd booked a room for 750, but at check-in they demanded 1150. When I pointed out the app had shown 750, the staff member did something on his phone and the booking price went up too. Looking over the bill, I also found an extra 500 charge that hadn't appeared when I booked. I tried contacting customer service about it, but got no response.

A horrible experience. I booked twice, but they didn't give me a room or help me. I also saw many unmarried couples come in and take rooms for 2-3 hours. I was surprised they were given facilities including cigarettes and wine. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families.
