I was visiting kolkata for the first time, and this hotel left me with a really bad first impression of the city. The rooms were awful and unhygienic, nothing like the images online. The receptionist was rude and showed no hospitality at all. Please avoid booking here.

⚠️ Scam Alert ⚠️ There was no internet after check-in, even though they said the bill had been paid. The room smelled strongly of smoking and had bad quality sheets and room Frangnance. There were no toiletries and no Dish TV for entertainment. The staff were nasty and rude. The air conditioner had no remote, and its built-in switches were broken. I faced all of this at a completely horrible hotel. I’m attaching images as evidence.

We booked a room for 1000 per day, but when we arrived they told us it would cost 2000. Just awful, it’s a scam. Don’t believe them.

I’d already booked online and paid half, but the manager still claimed there was no room for us and asked for more money. Please be careful, ladies. This felt like a big scam, and they tried to trick us.
