There was no water in the morning at 9:30, and nobody was at reception from 10 PM until 9:30 AM. Cigarette smell was noticeable in every room, the hall, and reception. Some rooms had AC problems, and some couldn't be locked because of faulty locks. The toilets and rooms were dirty, the toilet seats were badly stained, and bathroom fittings came loose. The shower didn't work as it should. Basic things like a clean bedsheet and dustbin were missing, and Fab hotels didn't provide toiletries. Don't be taken in by the photos. I wouldn't consider this suitable at any price.

The lift wasn't working, and the manager, Mr. Aasish, even shut off its power. There's no water at the wash basin, and when I asked for another towel, he refused. I complained about the cleaning and he disconnected the WiFi. He shouts at customers who complain and blames them for dirty clothes. The sheets, pillow and quilt were filthy, there was no TV, and the room and bathroom were small. It's a very poor hotel with terrible service. Don't book here. I won't be coming back, and if you want to feel insulted, this is the place.

The room and toilet were really dirty, and the toilet's hand sanitizer didn't work. The blanket and bedsheet were dirty too, and there wasn't enough blanket for two people. The service was very poor.

The staff were supportive and helpful, which made for a lovely stay. I had great hospitality here and look forward to booking again.
