The rooms were clean and had the basics, and the location made it easy to get around the city. We were three friends sharing a room, though, and the one we got felt too small. At first we were told there were no larger rooms, even though we could see some were available. Once my local friend spoke to the receptionist, she arranged a room change. We enjoyed our stay apart from that and would consider coming back.

The food was good, and the atmosphere works well for a get-together with friends. We did have to complain when two cocktails arrived without alcohol, but they replaced them. The staff's behavior could have been better.

Lake mall is close by, and the location is good. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was large, but one window was missing from the room we were assigned. There was no room service, and no tea or coffee setup or electric kettle either.

The Chinese and Indian dishes were good, especially the fish Ajwain tikka, and there are plenty of food choices. I wouldn't order the continental food, though, it was awful. We stopped by Second House Restaurant on the first floor of this Oyo Property. The decor is dark and shabby, with a decent amount of seating, and the staff were helpful and behaved well. It feels geared more toward young people than families, with happy hours, combo deals with alcohol, and affordable liquor prices. A decent option for a quick lunch or dinner, with room to improve.

The food was good, but the stay itself wasn't pleasant. The TV and washbasin tap were faulty, the curtains were ripped, and there wasn't a desk. I complained to the service staff, but they didn't provide one. The service guys seemed unprofessional, and the lift would get stuck between the 3rd and 1st floor.
