Goroomgo Sabita Guest House Kolkata

The room was small, the AC didn't work properly, there was no water, and the lift and Wi-Fi weren't working either. Although there was a TV, I couldn't watch any programmes because there was no cable set top box and the cable had been cut. The blanket had stains and the pillow and bedsheet were very dirty. When I complained about the blanket, the manager argued with me and was ready to fight around 11 at night. His behavior was rude. This was a very third class hotel with very third class service. I won't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable, and you can stay here with your girlfriend because it feels secure. Staff are helpful too. The best thing is the location on EM Bypass, close to important hospitals such as Ruby. Good hotel.

The food was awesome, and the staff were polite and very helpful. I had a really nice stay, though I would've rated it five stars if the room had been a bit cleaner.

We booked through make my trip, but when we got to the hotel the staff refused to check us in. They said the price was too low and demanded Rs.1100 instead of what we'd already paid. The staff were rude and illiterate, to say the least, and even made awkward comments about my fiance in front of her. A very unpleasant experience.
