It's a good place to stay, with spacious apartments and all the amenities. The staff behave well, and there's an integrated parking lot for bikes. I'm not sure whether there's dedicated parking for cars, though there's plenty of room to park outside the hotel. It's couple friendly and allows local residents to stay, which is a great feature OYO provides.
The management is nice and polite. It's a very good option for patients coming for treatment.
The location is good, in a residential area near a water tank landmark. Use Google Maps to find the exact spot. Other than the location, nothing is good. The place is run by a bunch of kids. They respond to requests for water, but for other things they say something nice and then don't do anything. During my seven-day stay they didn't change the bedsheet once. The linen was downright dirty, and the sheets didn't even cover the whole bed.
The hotel is new and the rooms are just okay, but the balcony is great and the surrounding place is nice to walk around. Room service is below average. They didn't even know which floor a room was on. There's no lift, and they haven't subscribed to a set-top box service, so you only get a few common channels.
The location is the one good thing about this guest house. The room and service were below average, so I wouldn't recommend it.
