FabHotel Moon Residency

The staff were nice and the hotel is in a great location. A very pleasant place.

The room was well equipped and kept spotless, and the staff were really friendly. Its location is good too, and I thought the price was fair for what you get. I had a fantastic stay.

The location is convenient, and the food and atmosphere make for a peaceful stay. I found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with the staff consistently polite, helpful, and professional. Management seems to make sure guests have a pleasant experience. I really appreciate the comfort and hospitality here, and would recommend it for a short or longer stay.

We ended up visiting three different places before finally locating this one. We booked through Agoda, but the name and address listed there were completely wrong, and when we tried calling, nobody answered. We eventually found it with help from a local at one of the incorrect addresses. Even the next day, when we managed to message someone, they still gave us the wrong address. After explaining that the listing had sent us to the wrong place and that nobody had helped, we asked for a refund or a free extra night. They refused. We also complained to Agoda, and the hotel told them we had checked in when we hadn't. If anything goes wrong, they won't help or refund you. There are cheaper places with much better hospitality.
