The service and food were excellent, and the stay itself was comfortable. It was very cold, with a freezing pool, but we had a campfire at night and enjoyed playing music together. I visited in December, when the stream had much less water than it does in July, so I'd suggest going then instead. The rooms were okay, though not perfect: there were stains on the beds when I visited with a group. I still enjoyed the trip.

Bamboo around the property made the stay feel cozy and cool, and our room was clean and a good size. It's conveniently located near town and places like Banasura dam,Pookode Lake,Museums etc. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and brought us everything we asked for.

The atmosphere made an impression as soon as we arrived, and we had a great stay. Bhagya and Hashim were patient and understanding, and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast could have been better, but we had an amazing time there.

We enjoyed staying here as a family, and the rooms were impressive. There are several villa options, and the shared pool was well maintained. The games area needs attention, though: the carom board was damaged, and that whole area felt like it hadn't been upgraded in a long time.

We chose the morning trek, and it turned out to be the best part of our visit 💖. The location is lovely, with spacious rooms tucked among the trees, and the staff were very courteous 🤟
