We left after just one hour because the room was so poor, with basic facilities missing. The linens were stained, the carpet dirty, and a musty smell filled the room. It clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. Toiletries were missing or insufficient, and the lighting was so dim that even reading comfortably was difficult. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which was frustrating. This stay fell far below expectations from beginning to end. I’d strongly advise against booking until the room condition and service improve significantly.

There’s enough parking for 3 to 4 cars and 8 to 10 bikes, and the rooms in the outhouse on the left are kept clean. It’s a good setup for a family or a group of friends. The location is perfect, right by the road, with a temple directly opposite and very quiet evenings. Breakfast costs extra. I’d certainly recommend it and book here again next time I’m in this part of Goa.

The location is the best thing about this place, close to the beach, flea market, good restaurants, shopping, and other destinations. I booked through my company’s tie-up without checking reviews, but compared with places I’ve stayed before, I wouldn’t recommend it. It isn’t properly maintained. The room is spacious but has only very basic amenities, and there’s no room service. There’s tea and a limited breakfast selection. It’s okay if you just need somewhere to crash after a day out, and probably better suited to bachelors.

It’s a secure place, with good homemade breakfast every day, and you can ask raju for whatever you need. The hotel is about 4 km from baga amd calgunte, and we had a very good stay. Hygiene needs a bit of attention because they don’t change the bedsheets daily.
