Really bad stay. The food was awful and even smelled bad, and the tea was so gross. I’d tell people not to go to this hotel.

The staff were really friendly, and the washrooms were clean. The location was great too. I’d booked two rooms and was surprised that breakfast for five was included at no charge. The hotel was very good.

The rooms are okay, but the service attitude was poor, with staff giving blunt, unprofessional replies. The breakfast was the same very limited, disappointing selection each day, with just one boiled egg; an omelette costs extra. Basic toiletries weren't up to standard, and there was no shaving kit or dental kit. The serving utensils were small and the charges felt high. This hotel isn't ready to cater to business travelers or professionals.

I booked a double room, but they wouldn't let my friend stay with me or even bring friends to the room. The staff were so rude about it. I’ve never heard of that, what’s wrong with them?

The room’s window AC was damaged and made enough noise to make sleeping difficult. Inside, the place doesn’t look as good as it does from outside, and the staff service and behavior weren't good. The price is high for what you get, so I wouldn’t recommend going there.
