We had to stay here for three days while visiting Tata Medical for my mother’s cancer treatment, and it was a nightmare. The bathroom window was broken, which affected our privacy and comfort. There was no hot drinking water unless we paid extra. We reported the geyser problem three times, but staff refused to fix it, so we had to use cold water. When we brought up these problems, they were rude and even argued with my mother, making us feel blamed for staying there. Their attitude showed no regard for guests or basic hospitality. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and we had no choice at the time. Authorities should inspect it, as I believe this violates consumer rights. I strongly urge others to avoid it, especially during stressful situations like medical emergencies.

During my recent business trip, I felt good staying at Rest Inn Hotel. The location was ideal, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff service was excellent, breakfast was impressive, and they kept things hygienic. Wifi was fast and stable. I’d highly recommend it to business and corporate travellers, families, or people on personal trips looking for a comfortable, convenient budget hotel.

Rest Inn Hotel is a reasonably priced option for a short stay in New Town, Rajarhat, especially if you need to be near Sankar Netralaya, Tata Medical Center, or Candor Unitech. Shopping, eateries, and transport hubs are nearby, and Eco Park is about a 10-minute drive away. The New Town location is a major plus, with convenient access to amenities and transport in a growing area, and the price seems reasonable for the area. There may not be an on-site restaurant, so you might need nearby eateries or food delivery. It could suit visitors to nearby medical centers or offices. Finding the entrance was a real hassle. The directions to the hotel weren’t clear, and with little signage around, I spent an hour looking for it. The hotel should improve the signs so future guests can find their way more easily.
