I wouldn’t book here. The OYO listing, ID 113405, gives a location on Google Maps and OYO’s site, but the hotel isn’t actually there. When I called, an operator said the rooms were being repaired and wouldn’t be available until 5 P.M., then ended the call quickly. The phone was switched off when I tried again. OYO also tried calling and got the same switched-off response. The listing is still up, and to me there are clear signs of a scam.

I’m staying here because it’s closest to somewhere I need to visit regularly for a few days. But staff seem unconcerned about sanitation, and even getting a glass for water is a problem, never mind anything else. Three guests were waiting to check in right in front of them while staff lay around chatting.

This place only seems to exist online through OYO. OYO lets customers get caught up in scams like this, and that made an already very bad experience worse. From now on, I’d tell people to rely less on OYO.

There’s an attached bath and toilet in the average rooms. The place is fairly clean, and there are different kinds of food available.

When we arrived, the staff were asleep. They asked us to pay extra because we’d booked through OYO. Their behavior was really rough, so we left.
