Hotel Apra Inn

I found the visit dirty and unpleasant, and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff were very rude and had no manners when speaking. Mr. Amit and Mr. Sanjay, who were in charge, were irresponsible and didn’t keep their commitments. They’re very cheap-minded people.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. The flush didn’t work, the AC wasn’t working, and the room was very unhygienic. When I complained about the AC, staff said it was already cold and asked why I wanted to run it. The staff were very bad. The manager on duty made matters worse by brushing us off instead of fixing anything or offering a reasonable solution. There was no proper help, and the attitude was irresponsible and unprofessional. Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful stay.

I booked five days for a friend, but they checked out the same day because the place was so bad. The hotel still refused to refund the money, saying the booking was nonrefundable. A completely useless place. The rooms smelled bad, the sheets were dirty, and the rooms didn’t look like the photos. There were no basic amenities, and the staff were not cooperative at all. The service was awful. Worst hotel and staff, just a shitty place.

The reception guy, Mr Shrikant, was nice and cooperative with guests. You can order food and have it served in your room, but there’s no buffet breakfast or restaurant of its own. Cigarette smoke lingered in the corridors. It’s a budget place in a handy location, with easy access to the metro and market, and the small rooms are enough for two. Don’t be swayed by the name International. There’s a lot that needs repair: the bathroom door had no handle, there’s no dim light for nighttime or kettle for tea and coffee, and the AC is direct with no remote. Bottled water is charged extra. You can opt for a casual stay.
