Hotel Delhi Delight By OYO Rooms

I ordered takeout from the sports bar twice and ate at the Italian restaurant once, and I was completely satisfied with both. During a recent business conference, my room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel staff were kind and very helpful. It's conveniently located downtown, with anything you need in the city just a short walk or Uber away. I'd definitely stay here again on a future trip to karol bagh.

The room was small and stinking, with no bathroom accessories or even drinking water. I tried to contact Agoda to make a complaint, but got nowhere. I had booked one room through Agoda for about ₹800 a night, then the staff demanded ₹1500 a night when I arrived. I was exhausted after the long journey and felt I had no choice but to pay. The staff weren't cooperative and didn't know how to speak to customers. A terrible experience, don't book this hotel; it's a waste of money.

The woman who checked us in and the concierge were especially helpful and friendly, and he gave us useful information. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed too. There are great shops and restaurants nearby, and the 30-minute walk down the karol bagh and the railway colony is interesting and enjoyable. Really, I had a great experience. 6.

I booked directly through OYO, but when I got to the hotel, they said it was full. Then they offered a room that wasn't linked to OYO and charged more. It feels like a money-making trick by the hotel owners. If you complain to OYO, they may apologize and simply tell you to find another room. I had just landed at the airport, taken a cab to the hotel, and then found out there was no room booked. What was I supposed to do? Please be careful of this fraud.
