The staff were rude and brushed off every complaint without trying to fix anything. Nothing basic was supplied, not even toiletries or clean towels, and the geyser was broken, so I had ice-cold showers in the Delhi winter. The blankets smelled musty and dirty, as if they hadn't been washed in months. Dust, grimy floors and unsanitized bathrooms made the room filthy. This was one of my worst hotel stays ever, a rip-off and a health hazard. Stay away.

I stayed on 24 Nov 2025 and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There were problems with water for the toilet, bath, mouthwash and handwashing, as well as hygiene, the bathroom, washroom and bed. No mosquito repellent was provided, and there were issues with the TV and AC. My overall rating is 0 stars. They asked me to pay through their personal GPay or PhonePe, while claiming it was for OYO.

I had a terrible experience. The receptionist wouldn't let me check in using my OYO booking and instead told me to go to another hotel they owned, bypassing the booking.

The staff were so kind, humble and down to earth, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were good. Manager Amit was especially good and spoke very politely.
