I've known this hotel for three years and used to visit once a month. The rooms are in good condition and hygiene is maintained, and the current staff are good, though not cooperative. Lately the ACs haven't been working properly, and the bathroom feels unhinged. This is just general feedback. I don't know if anything will be done, but I'm writing in the hope things improve. If they don't, I'll change hotels.

Even with a booking made by an OYO executive, they wouldn't let us stay. I spent two hours talking with OYO customer care and still got nowhere. It seemed like a cheap place, but please don't trust the good reviews; I think it's a fraud. The place appears to cater mainly to locals, by which I mean rickshaw pullers, domestic servants, or drivers. The manager also rents rooms by the hour. If you're hoping for a nice couple of days, don't even consider going here. The hotel and OYO service were both a terrible experience.
