The lift wasn't working properly, and the dining area was so bad. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was awful, and the staff were very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The bed was full of cockroaches, and the rooms were badly maintained. They charge you more for rooms in that condition, and even the taps aren't properly maintained.

The staff's behavior was beyond rude. It was the worst service I've ever experienced, and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen.

The doors didn't block out sound, so I couldn't sleep properly. The rooms weren't cleaned, and neither the toilet nor the bedsheets and comforter were clean.

The blankets were poor, and there were lots of cockroaches in the rooms. The hotel is badly maintained. I wouldn't visit again.
