Caspia Hotel New Delhi Shalimar Bagh

Pawan Gupta is a great person, and the hospitality was lovely. The rooms were clean and the service was the best. A great place to stay.

The staff were the best part of my two-night stay at Caspia Hotel in Haiderpur Village. They were genuinely kind and accommodating while I was there for a friend’s daughter’s wedding. The hotel is functional for a short visit, with the essentials provided, though the rooms and bathrooms are quite small and the lobby is basic. The food was satisfactory, a little above average, but nothing special.

The breakfast had a nice range of choices for both Indian and European tastes, and the food was good for this price. I slept really well on the roughly 12-inch mattress, and the large window brought in plenty of light with a pleasant view of the national highway. The rooms are pretty good for the price, with the amenities you’d expect from a higher-star hotel, except there was no iron. I was in Delhi for a wedding this week and stayed at Caspia hotel. The internet was a bit below average, but still usable. I’d recommend it.

For a 3-star level hotel, it’s a good option. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nice, and the service is friendly. I didn’t see any roaches or bugs in the hallways or rooms. The restaurant is clean too, and the food is good. The lobby had mosquitoes, though, and the hallways and lobby looked a little dusty.
