This doesn’t feel like a family hotel. If you’re a couple looking for a place for two or three hours, this is the hotel. They don’t honor online bookings, saying there’s no room available, then offer an offline room for two or three times the online price.
This is the most useless OYO in New Ashok Nagar. The owner doesn’t have the guts to talk. Don’t book online. If you book offline, they take the full amount and then give you a non-AC room. When you complain, they tell you unbelievably that they won’t refund you. The rooms are dirty, and AC isn’t available. I asked for an OYO email address to complain to the owner, but they said they don’t have one. Please stay away from this place.
The receptionist said I had to pay extra on top of the booking amount. A very bad experience.
A non-AC room was Rs 700 for one day. Shelf katring.
The washrooms were unhygienic, and the walls had pan spit on them. Such a disgusting place.
