The room key barely worked, so staff had to come open the door nearly every time. The staff were friendly, though, and the rooms were small but fairly clean, with AC and a handy mini fridge. The metro isn’t far, and the neighborhood has plenty of nice shops and restaurants, including UK Chicken.

The bathroom kept smelling of cigarette smoke, probably from the neighboring room. The room itself was okay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also got a complimentary Diwali dinner, and the rooftop restaurant has good views. I’d stay again.

The breakfast room on the top floor is really cramped, with very little choice. The price was reasonable, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were helpful but didn’t smile, which made me feel a bit unwelcome. I’ve noticed this at many hotels I stayed in India. Around the world, I’ve returned to places where the staff were especially friendly and helpful, so I hope management looks into this. The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Karol Bagh’s shopping district, in a roundabout with useful places like money exchange, restaurants, and a pharmacy.

The hotel was clean and the service was good, but my experience ended badly. The reception staff, Rishikant and some Raj, gave me different information when I arrived and checked out. They promised a free breakfast or lunch if I stayed three or four days, then charged me for it. They don’t seem to understand what “complimentary” means. They shouldn’t make promises they won’t honor. Overall, it was the worst.

The building is spacious and clean, but the room had no ventilation and felt cramped. As soon as I walked in, I was gasping for air, and the mattresses were full of dust mites. They need to address the ventilation and mite problem.
