The location on Main Bazaar is excellent, and the staff were nice and gave us a good price. That was about the only good part. The rooms are neatly arranged but extremely small. There’s mold all over the shower, and smoking is allowed in the rooms, so the smell either comes from neighboring rooms or stays from the ashtray. The beds are tiny, and the mattresses are so old you can feel the springs. We couldn’t sleep all night because they were so uncomfortable.

The location was good, but management was extremely poor. The manager and reception staff charged extra, were rude, and the room facilities were poor. The room was very cramped for the price. Even though I stayed only 11 hours, they charged me the full 24-hour rate. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The staff were nice, behaved very well, and gave us a good price. The location on Main Bazaar is excellent.

The staff didn’t seem interested in helping. The room was a health hazard, with a bad smell from the sheets and pillows, as if they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The fan was loose and made a loud noise all night; when I asked them to fix it, they just shrugged. They also advertised complimentary drinks, then told me a drink wasn’t included. It was a disappointing stay and a complete disaster. I’ll never stay here again, and I’d tell others to avoid it.

I stayed four days and the whole experience was horrible. The tiny, dirty room had a 4*4 bathroom and was already dirty at check-in. After I asked 12-15 times, they finally changed the bedsheet and cleaned the room. They also switched off the air conditioner in the middle of the night. They charged 300+ for just one water and a 500ml Sprite. I wish I could give zero stars.
