The staff were polite and cooperative, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. I found the location convenient, and the room was reasonably comfortable. My main concerns were the bathroom cleanliness, which could have been better, and room service, which took longer than expected. I appreciate the team's effort, and a few improvements could make the stay better.

The staff were very courteous, especially Pushpa, and we had a comfortable stay. The rooms and other amenities were very nice. It's a lovely property close to Har ki paudi and the Railway Station, and a good hotel for Hindu rituals.

Breakfast was the highlight for me, with plenty of delicious vegetarian choices and high-quality food. The staff were outstanding, supportive, and hospitable. I spent a night at Sarovar Portico Naraina in Delhi with a friend and guests from Canada 🇨🇦. The rooms were clean and perfectly fine, if a little old, and felt like good value for the price. I'd recommend it to budget travelers.

We spent two nights at Sarovar Portico Naraina with my family in November and found it good value. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed the tasty food and great breakfast. Ms pushpa at the front office looked after guests' needs during breakfast, while the Front Office Manager kindly gave us a little extra time for late checkout. Staff helped weigh our luggage, and the security team greeted us warmly and called Uber drivers to explain the location when they didn't speak English. We'll stay here again if we visit New Delhi.
