Hotel Rivasa Regency

When a few drunk men sat in the lobby late at night and made lewd comments about the women in my family, they were terrified and decided to return to their cities without attending the wedding functions. The staff showed no support, and their rude, shameless attitude made things worse. We left all the rooms the next day and didn’t use the room we’d been forced to pay for the previous day. The payment for our arrival date had already been made, but they stopped my guest from checking in because payment for the next day was due, even though they had asked for it only two hours earlier. The staff are arrogant and uncooperative. The bed linen and towels were dirty, there was no drinking water or kettle, and the curtains and chair cushions had stains and holes. The food was undercooked. Is any government agency looking into this? It’s shameful that people are being robbed of their money in broad daylight without action being taken. One of the most useless hotels imaginable.
