Hotel RK Grand Inn by OYO Rooms

RK Grand Inn was in a good spot, and we had a comfortable stay with good service.

I stayed at Stay Inn Hotel for almost two months under a government contract. It's near the bus terminal and has good metro connections. I'd recommend staying here.

The rooms were good, the location is right on the road, and the staff were supportive. Room service was great too. 👍 The owner was the big problem. He shouted constantly, used bad language, and seemed focused only on money without considering the customer's situation. I found him extremely unpleasant. If you're coming with family, I suggest choosing somewhere else because I felt the owner was dangerous and unprofessional.

The rooms looked clean, but the service was the worst I've experienced. We stayed nearly two days for a relative's wedding, and the rooms had no towels or toiletries for the whole time. There was no room service either, so we had to go to reception and ask for every little thing that should have been there when we got the key. I was a guest of my relatives, otherwise I would've left right away because of the service and the owner's behavior. He could be polite and helpful, but at other times he would shout. A clean room alone isn't enough, hospitality needs a warm welcome and decent room service. Ask about the service before booking.
