Hotel Metro View was a pleasant stay and good value for money. The staff were polite and cooperative, the rooms were tidy and comfortable, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. It’s conveniently placed for getting to markets and transport. I’d recommend it for families or groups.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and housekeeping did a good job. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the food was tasty and well prepared. I had a comfortable stay with good service.

The clean, tidy reception gave me a good first impression, but my night in Room 101 was disappointing. It was small and became uncomfortable after a while. The pillows were manageable, but the quilt smelled, was dirty, and seemed improperly washed, which made me itch. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and there was no All Out or Good Night machine. The washroom spray didn’t work properly either, and the old towels were dirty and smelled bad. Breakfast had a decent atmosphere, but most of the food lacked flavor; only the poori bhaji was good. I wouldn’t choose this hotel.

The food and location were highlights for me. Staff were polite, well behaved, and cooperative, and the rooms felt cozy and comfortable.

The rooms were okay, and Mr dasarath was humble, understood what guests needed, and helped without being pushy. My issue was with the receptionist, who kept pressing us to rent a car even though we already had a booking and were waiting for our car. It’s fine to mention the service, but he kept nagging until it became annoying. When we checked out, he didn’t greet us or ask how our stay had been or for feedback.
